Minimize web page URLs - short links #69

Spreadsheet created to track the revised shortened url links for all web pages. Per Julie, will be lower case, use hyphens rather than underscores if necessary, and use 1 keyword to indicate the page.

A subset document was created specifically for Domain Teams since they have a vested interest in the name of their pages. @andrewjneumann will take this list to team meetings to get their approval for the choice of keyword. The web team will wait for full approval before proceeding since these links cannot be changed.

List is complete with revised url names. @andrewjneumann has confirmed for the Domain Teams. One last check with @jmcmurry and will have @alexisgraves move forward with the changes. :)

All URLs have been shortened to the new format, with except of the 4 the workstreams. There is discussion that restructuring of workstreams will occur next year, so we will wait until that has been finalized. An new ticket can be opened in Jira when the time comes.
