Add better description to layer type field #150

Change the description on the Geolayer Layer type field to remind the user that they should only designate one geolayer as the master polygon

This is sufficient for now as MVP - perhaps we should queue up a task for preventing duplicate master polygons being created in the future? i.e. the existing master polygon has to be archived (not deleted) first, and then a new one can be designated?

@LeScruf I've add #152 about preventing multiple master polygons. Let's move this one to Ready to deploy to production
