Differentiate between calculated and input dimensions #151

On the CFR page split the dimensions into two blocks

  1. Calculated boundary segments
  2. Statutory reserve area
  3. Rename dimensions tab to Statutory reserve area on edit form
  4. Update import to set the new Legal SI area field to to same value as Gazetted area 1998

So the 'Legal SI area' and the 'Gazetted area 1998 (ha)' are one and the same thing. What we could do is to have the following:

'Gazetted area (SI 1998) (ha)' and 'Calculated area' - the latter will remain empty for now as a place holder, but if we are able to crack the calculated area challenge, then that's where the solution would go for each CFR?
