The migration for the main sheet is almost done. Still to be finalised are:

• [x] The 1997 Districts taxonomy data needs to be updated and re-imported because the 1998 published reserves included some incorrect county data. We need to adjust the 1997 data and replace the affected counties with the 'incorrect' but published 1998 counties. By doing this we ensure that BRMS has the same data that was published in the 1998 SI, even though some of that data is actually incorrect. We should name this taxonomy '1998 Districts', because it is the 1997 data with some changes.
• [ ] NFA to provide geodata to be imported into geolayers. KML files in a directory structure where directory name is the NID of the forest reserve. We will need a way to provide all geolayer data, i.e. polygon, geolayer title, description, layer style, layer type (Historical polygon, Cutline, Natural boundary etc). See Geolayer type#96
• [ ] Import surveys and surveyors - NFA to provide data in google sheet.

I will create subtasks for the second and third points.
