CFR: Coordinate tables #24

The user should be able to review accuracy of geodata in a non editable table.

As an mvp the tables should be read only, so the user can review the data and re-upload the polygons in case corrections need to be made.

This needs to be in a separate page because is going to be massive.

This would require to upload a new polygon.

Is the table going to be in WGS84 coordinates? We may need a widget to do the converting. Table needs to display in other formats. Since postgre already do this (conversion and list of polygons), we would need to evaluate if it would be necessary to migrate from Mysql.
