Hi @LeScruf @pcambra I've created a Google sheet that you should have access to: here Andrew can you take a look and let me know if it's clear what your team need to do to fill in the data on the different sheets? Let me know who needs access to the sheet.
I've been wondering about how to handle Districts and Counties. I have created two separate taxonomy vocabularies but it might make more sense to use just one vocabulary with a hierarchy of Districts > Counties like
I assume it's possible for a reserve to span multiple counties. Could it also span multiple districts?
Hi @LeScruf, we were wondering if you are working on the spreadsheet shared by @peacog on the comment above or on a copy of this one.
The original is the one that will be used.

@peacog We are still reviewing the data on this - but hope to have something towards the end of next week. There are 1441 records to get right!
We are going to take the UUID from BRMS as the unique reference for all the sites.
From Google sheet we can export a CSV with one tab.
We need to create a tab for the CFRs and a tab for the surveys, so the CFRs have a machine name (code) attached to them that is used by surveys. We need to create a field for this code: external ID that has to be unique.
The CFRs can be imported from the forests system.
