kml to wkt transformation tool #76

We need a custom form that takes a kml file upload, validates if its well formed and output wkt text that the user can copy.

The form needs to embeddable in a modal, and we'll need to add a link to this modal from all the wkt text areas.

This is not relevant anymore because we can paste the kml directly.
