Geolayer - upload KML #95

The Geolayer entity has a Geofield with a text field where KML or WKT polygon data can be entered. We would also like to be able to upload a KML file as an alternative way to populate the geofield. We already do this in Forests and Farmers. Review both implement the same functionality in BRMS.

Hi @LeScruf, we can now upload geometries to geolayers from KML files

Hi @peacog - great stuff. Will take a look later today. Just working on the typology and form design (I think that's kind of what it is) for the natural forest plans - should have it done today.
