Upgrade to PHP 8 & Drupal 10 #108

Drupal 9 is end-of-life. Upgrade to PHP 8 and Drupal 10

@LeScruf @Rashids2021 farmers has been upgraded to Drupal 10! The only difference you will see is that the forms that used to open in a modal now open in the off canvas sidebar that slides out from the right. The rest should work exactly the same as before. Let me know if you have any problems.
