Add Regularistion checkbox/option to Offer/License

Add a new on/off option named Regularisation to the Offer/License content type. This is intended to enable us to enter farmers that have planted trees without authority from NFA and don't have an offer date.

This is also intended to have all farmers entered into the system, whether or not they have authority from NFA, and include them in the Farmers' register report #154

Hi @Rashids2021 I've added the Regularisation option to Offer/license. It's ready to test in the staging environment.

• Add or edit an Offer / License
• Verify that you can set and save the Regularisation option

I have checked and it saves the regularization option. However, I noticed that the offer date is still displayed.

Thanks @Rashids2021 I didn't make the connection between the regularization and the offer date field.

Just to confirm, when Regularization is switched on the Offer date field should not be visible, correct? Should any other fields be hidden, like for example the Licensed Issued field?

Yes, it should not appear, including "License Issued" and "Block Number ".

Hi @Rashids2021 . I made the changes related to the Regularisation field. When you select Regularisation the fields related to licenses are hidden. This is ready to test on the staging server: https://farmers.stg.envs.utils.nfa.go.ug/ Please test it when you have a chance. Thank you!
