Harvests tab - completion #162

The Harvests Overlay on the 'Harvests' tab needs to be completed (it's almost there):

  1. The sub-area dropdown field is not functional. One of the child subareas of the area selected needs to be selectable, and with it basic info on the area size, area planted and species provided, such that the data entrant is confident of making the right selection. A sub-area MUST be selected if child sub-areas exist. If they do not (i.e. there are no sub-areas), then the field can be skipped.

  2. Once the sub-area (if there is one - and it isn't just a full area) has been saved as harvested, this area must be archived and the geo-spatial area it occupied released for re-use.

Sub-areas can be archived when they are harvested, and new sub-areas can be created with the same or a different polygon.
