Add the NID (aka SIN) as a column in the Farmers' register report and its CSV export

Hi @Rashids2021 , can you check this again? at https://farmers.stg.envs.utils.nfa.go.ug/fmis/reports/farmers-full I added the NID/SID column. Is that the correct value or did you want the Tax Identification Number or National Identification Number?
