UI problems #291

There are a number of UI bugs that need to be fixed:

[x] There is no link/button to allow a plan to be edited https://forests.ddev.site/plan/1
[ ] An Edit button that doesn't work is shown on the toolbar of plans paths

[x] The breadcrumb on plans and CFRs displays incorrect text. 'Edit asset' in the case of CFRs
[x] The attachment section of the plan page is unclickable because of a negative margin applied to gin-table-scroll-wrapper. This is a Gin theme bug. If necessary we can override the styles in NFA Gin.

3 out of 4 items have been fixed. The Edit button on the toolbar might be related to how plan routes are configured. I have not been able to track down the cause, but it is a minor bug that does not break anything,
