@LeScruf I have a few questions:
On the Budget form you have included an "Add cost item" so that multiple costs items can be added. Instead of doing it that way that way we recommend that each new budget cost item should be created by adding a new Budget item. It would be easier to implement, easier to manipulate the data for display on the view pages, and we think a better user experience.
Add the Budget form that is currently a placeholder Load the programs from the Program Tab field group config entities of the selected CFR. See https://github.com/National-Forestry-Authority/forests/issues/297 for more details
Display the Plan total budget as per the specification
