Show sub-activity in the management tasks logs view #346

On the Management tab on Plans and CFRs the list of tasks show include a column showing the selected sub-activity.

We need a custom SubactivityFormatter field formatter plugin that converts the value stored in the database to a readable string. The value stored in the database has the format 'entityid:fieldname:delta'
