Improve page view of sector

Display person in charge name, email address and phone number
Map should be full width, like in GFW tab (see #354 for more data to be displayed)
Combine Land admin and GFW tabs into one (do same for other asset types except CFR)
Remove ID tags field.
All other fields come last
Hide the owners field, images and files on the form
Hide status, parents (taken care of in the breadcrumb component) and land type on the view
Hide the label Current geometry on the view
On the view the order of fields should be: Map (not collapsed), GFW stuff (collapsed), person in charge (not collapsed), flags (we don't need to show the labels), and notes (not collapsed).

This approach will be applied to ranges as well.

Hey @LeScruf , this is ready to test, for both sectors and ranges. For example: sector: https://forests.stg.envs.utils.nfa.go.ug/asset/771 range: https://forests.stg.envs.utils.nfa.go.ug/asset/799

Since we've moved the GFW layers to the main map I decided to not popup the date range picker by default, since it obscures most of the map. Let me know if that's ok.
