Publish artifact on Maven Central

ask acces to sonatype repo to be able to deploy to maven central in this issue https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/OSSRH-41122

access is provided. need gpg config and accept PR for the groupId

Ok good. Can you prepare the configuration for publish along with Serge? We need to see how we'll handle the gpg keys and I won't be back before Jul 23
