Make the following changes to the submission logic:

Send user to profile page on form submission
- Add a #past-transfers internal link in the page, the submission should take the user here
Add a link in profile page to download a CSV for a submitted transfer
Show UUID of submissions in profile
Pickle final form state and save in DB (in case of issues with submission)
