Template code refactored in #76 - after merging we will need to:

[ ] Remove the dashboard link / web page from the order portal
[ ] Set up mechanism to copy the resulting HTML file to the server hosting the new website
[ ] Once we have a file path, set up the new website to include the dashboard HTML
