Parse ONT metadata from fastq files

The comment field of the fastqs generated by MinKNOW is rich with metadata. Would be nice to parse this and for instance include this in the samples table (or somewhere else).

Fields to parse (or their derived values):

• runid
• start_time (earliest) (latest) (run_time)
• ch (total number channels of used)
• flow_cell_id
• protocol_group_id
• sample_id
• barcode
• barcode_alias
• basecall_model_version_id
