Don't die if the files are present in Sthlm2UUSNP #13

If the file are already there the Sthlm2UUSNP app dies. Make sure that it overwrites instead (maybe with some warning). Since we are hard linking anyway it shouldn't matter.

This should stay open - make sure that it overwrites the current report.tsv as specified.
