preliminary_alignment_qc report generation fails

When running preliminary_alignment_qc the report is not generated (only the genome_results.txt is present) and no error is generated:

On Nestor see

Double reporting, see #9. I'll close this and leave the other one as it has more of a description in it. :)

But @vezzi was faster even at closing it. Race conditions might apply. :p
