Replace project description to project name plus date #74

Hi, Jun and I discussed the current DDS setup, and agreed that at present the field description is too long to be informative. It should have been a description for the DDS delivery project rather than the long description information of that original user project.

My suggestion is to change it into [project_name] (date), e.g., C.Wang_22_01 (2022-08-23).
