Rights information for images #20

We have chosen to use a share-alike CC license, and the public domain is separate to CC.

Suggestion for the rights field below, noting the Getting Started doco needs updating as well.

Public Domain Currently: CC PD 1.0 Change to: Public Domain Link: https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/mark/1.0/
