Rights information for images #20

We have chosen to use a share-alike CC license, and the public domain is separate to CC.

Suggestion for the rights field below, noting the Getting Started doco needs updating as well.

Public Domain Currently: CC PD 1.0 Change to: Public Domain Link: https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/mark/1.0/

Creative Commons commercial use Currently: CC BY 4.0 Change to: CC BY-SA 4.0 Link: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/
