Searching spatial suggestion for future #69

Testing feedback: I can search on ‘spatial’ - but cannot filter further (e.g Place of execution vs. Place photographed) though this is likely expected behaviour.

Something to consider for the future.

I think we could certainly add new spatial fields with more precise semantics as distinct search fields later; it would be a small addition to the API, and backward-compatible.
