Got Exception when starting timely #151

I am on a stand alone server. Accumulo is running fine. When I try to start Timely in stand alone mode, I see messages saying. Unable to connect to Accumulo -- it is running fine. Unable to find Zookeeper -- it is running fine. I see exceptions saying null pointer for each of the ports http, server, etc. Suggestions please.

Is there a stack trace in the logs? Can you paste it here with some surrounding context from the log?
