Fix instructions for attaching the runtime to a NativeScript app #240

TNSLiveSync seems outdated and needed to replaced with TKLiveSync. Also, it was necessary to re-add TKLiveSync.framework from v8ios package, at least in order to make it work on a physical device.

It would probably good to replace the second screenshot so it highlights TKLiveSync.framework as well.
