Error thrown when building plugin app with API 28: missing permission

Hello, just to be sure, its normal that nativescript-background-http is not working on 5.0 (that requires API 28) ?When the fix is planned to be merged ?

The fix is already merged last week (https://github.com/NativeScript/nativescript-background-http/pull/180) but no update has been release in NPM yet. We will update this issue soon when the update is available in NPM.
