What is the current behavior?

The Travis CI build is failing preventing any PR from being merged

What is the new behavior?

This Travis CI build succeeds

Fixes/Implements/Closes https://github.com/NativeScript/nativescript-dev-sass/pull/95 This PR can be done when they pull the new Travis CI file
