To Reproduce
1) tns create testHMRJs --js && cd testHMRJs
2) tns run android
3) update something (e.g. the counter in main-view-model.js)
4) a hot update will be generated and the counter value will be changed
5) manually restart the app on the device
6) the counter value will reset to its initial state
Expected behavior
The counter value should be the one from the hot updates.
