Slow navigation #291

Hi there. The navigation is really slow. Of course it becomes a bit faster after the first navigation. But totally is slow.

@vahidvdn the application was just updated to NativeScript 4.0.0 (great performance improvements in this release) and the updated version will be published in a matter of few days.
