Syncing sample on UAT cause server error and timeout but triggers sync #165

If you call the endpoint for samples syncing on UAT it will trigger the sync but postman will show timeout error 504 and server error : ERROR: "Error while deleting the cache:Error: connect ETIMEDOUT 52.205.143.239:443"

Issue is also present on live
