Both the CLI and the web playground has an issue which makes preview unusable #191

The issue has already been flagged by another user on the NativeScript/NativeScript repo, however it's more related to the playground,

SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0 at JSON.parse (<anonymous>) at PreviewSdkService.<anonymous> (/usr/local/lib/node_modules/nativescript/lib/services/livesync/playground/preview-sdk-service.js:101:43) at Generator.next (<anonymous>) at fulfilled (/usr/local/lib/node_modules/nativescript/lib/services/livesync/playground/preview-sdk-service.js:4:58) at processTicksAndRejections (internal/process/task_queues.js:97:5)
