NativeScript Playground hot reload does not work with Android Pixel 2XL.

NativeScript Playground doesn't hot reload when saving to my Pixel 2XL.

Tell us about the problem

Any project loaded up with Playground and Preview doesn't hot reload changes made into the code, whether changing a line, adding new component, etc. No changes are updated and required a new scan.

Did you try it outside of {N} Playground?

• Yes - When running projects natively/locally, hot reload works

Which browser are you using?

• Chrome

Are there any errors/warnings logged in your browser console?

-No

Which platform(s) does your issue occur on?

• Android

Are there any entries logged in the Device Logs tab?

'NativeScript-Vue has "Vue.config.silent" set to true, to see output logs set it to false.' 2x

Please provide the following information shown in the devices tab in the playground:

Please tell us how to recreate the issue with as much detail as possible.

1. Download NativeScript Preview.
2. Download NativeScript Playground.
3. Scan QR Code.
4. App loads fine and says connected. Shows device at the bottom.
5. App shows on phone - any attempt to change code and save does not hot reload. Changes are saved however, as another scanning the QR code again shows change results.

Is there some requirement for phone, OS, version, etc that I'm missing?
