fix(google-maps): polygon holes #526

We noticed in our production app that polygons were not rendered if they contained any holes. After an investigation we identified the issue in the hole creation and rewrote the implementation based on the current Google Maps SDK documentation for each platform. https://developers.google.com/android/reference/com/google/android/gms/maps/model/Polygon https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/ios-sdk/reference/interface_g_m_s_polygon
