fix: tslint error #318

  1. Fixed tslint errors
  2. Updated dev appium plugin
  3. Updated travis and removed step of installing appium

There two tests still causing some troubles for android on sauceLab. @zbranzov, could you please take a look? 1) should mark element as Done 2) should return back an item from the Recent list
