Contributors page does not update when protocol is changed #100

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click on Contributors in left hand menu
  2. Observe map and chart values
  3. Change protocol
  4. The map and chart values do not update to show the selected protocol values

By going back to dashboard, changing the protocol there, and then re-entering the Contributors page, the correct results are shown. May not just be an issue with protocol, may be also a problem with other date/filter changes.
