Uploading ignored folder doesn't work after the last update #414

If you remove the folder from the ignore list, the upload folder works

If it should be ignored, then you can't force upload. The easiest way is to remove it frome the ignore list and upload it. Then you can re-add it to the ignore list.

I can force upload a file even if it is ignored and this was already a feature before, does the folder have a hat above it so we can't upload it? but we can do it with files?
