Split heavy file from core code #11

We should put heavy premade workload and accounts file in a dedicated repository. Not everyone is interested in these workloads and it only complexifies the repository structure (aside of making git clone slower on crappy networks)

+1! I did this in other branches, but because of the mix up between the old gitlab and github they didn't quite line up - will PR a split of the workloads and add them to a separate repo! :)
