Remove workloads and deployment info #13

Change Overview

This PR will remove all workload files, and all premade account data and docker blockchain deployments.

Note, once merged into master I'm going to have to run a filter clean: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/11050265/remove-large-pack-file-created-by-git/11277929

This is because of the large file that was previously uploaded as part of a workload, that I pruned because of its size, but the .pack file still exists making this repo > 100Mb.
