Feedback on bot response #10

Description

It'd be useful if user can provide feedback on relevancy of bot response. In order to achieve this, it need another server for:

  1. Store user feedback
  2. Host admin UI to view user feedback.

Information of feedback

What shall be included in feedback ? A basic one shall contain:

  1. User input
  2. Bot response along with
    1. User rating
    2. User comment.
