Works on version 2020.013.20074 (and earlier) but the exploit is tested on 2020.013.20074 And can be found here https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html Try to find AcroRdrDC1901220034_en_US.exe installer then install it and update it to 2020.013.20074 version
