Images get very warped in the 'align' stage #12

Something is going wrong with the feature matching/warping in the align labels stage.

Also an issue in V2 of the ALICE software. There are now temporary "fixes" that exclude these warped labels in the merging stage, and various other "fixes" such as, redo-ing the alignment with different parameters. Will create a better solution!
