Rare label "box error". #15

Rare box error needs fixing. Blue line should be closest rectangle to red mask. Error only seen in a small handful of cases.

This was 2 bugs in the end. First one related to the same corner being selected twice, hence causing an error later down the line. This has been fixed. Second irregularity was related to the wrong corner being "modified" in the reconfiguration stage. This now has a fix too.
