Generalize as transcription tool

Tool could have multiple uses, can we generalize this app a little?

• Bloodhound
• Darwincore (make it a generic interface)
• Zooniverse
• Atlas of living australia

Configurable: Choose what fields & where with Yaml or something (#20) Add geo reference fields (#21)
