Ensure deployment of code updates to production use new repository name - scratchpads.org DevOps CI/CD #23

When the CI/CD tool pulls the updated code, it needs to know that the new repository name is scratchpads.org not scratchpads.eu
see top level README.md as to why the name was changed.
