Countries maps: Select countries via a map #3170

Description:

Currently you have to extend various lists of countries to find and select the country you need. It would be nice to have the additional option to select the countries on a map. When hovering with the mouse over the map the lowest TDWG level should how up. It should be possible to enlarge the map to view parts of the world where the TDWG regions are too small to differentiate otherwise. An other/additional option could be to have an autocomplete field where one can add a list of regions.
