tasks in Issues tabs #3193

Description:

If we continue to use tasks as we did at the meeting (e.g. 'Scratchpad leaflet) they probably shouldn't appear in the issues tab.

Makes sense, fixed. Note, tasks can still be viewed at http://dev.scratchpads.eu/project/issues/scratchpads?categories=task
