I've been using html tags for italics
You shouldn't need html tags at all. The protocol for entering names follows the ITIS data model. Once you fill the fields Unit 1, Unit 2, etc., the names will appear in italics. Remove all tags and see if data links correctly.

Thanks, Archilegt, I only just saw your reply.... I'm taking all the tags out. A few seem to be showing correctly, but not all yet....
Hi @annanc14 . Is this still an issue? If so, we could meet online via Zoom and we could check the issue together. :)
Description:
Is there any way to get the species and genus names showing in italics.
I've been using , but they interfere with some parts of the site. GBIF maps and IUCN don't recognise species names if they have the tags round them.
Thanks very much.
