Query on functionality: will consolidated classification (taxonomic backbone) work for taxonomic names regulated by different codes (e.g., animals, plants, bacteria...) #6568

I have created a "Biota Cubana" Scratchpad. I will report here if the automatic emails are received. As this is a Scratchpad for all species reported from one island, I wonder whether the consolidated classification (taxonomic backbone) would work for taxonomic names regulated by different codes (e.g., animals, plants, bacteria...).

Creation went smoothly. Email received almost instantly, biography page working. I will try adding a small taxonomic backbone in the evening.

Thank you Carlos. I have linked issue about the email here for future reference: https://github.com/NaturalHistoryMuseum/scratchpads2/issues/6447

My thinking is that the email situation will be the same for that new site, in that it won't be working unfortunately. The problem is a scratchpads-wide issue that Ben and I are working on.

I've updated this ticket to be about your query:
